The Premium Bundle is a higher-end Cafe Barrier product. Choose a starter kit and then the number of add-ons you require to complete your cafe barrier system. You will require one ‘starter pack’ for every new run that you want to create. i.e. to create one continuous run of cafe barriers you would need one ‘starter pack’ and the rest could be ‘add-on packs’. If you wish to add in an entrance opening part way through your run of cafe barriers, you would then require an additional ‘starter pack’ plus add-ons.

The Premium Cafe Barrier System is suitable for indoor, outdoor, high traffic and exposed locations with a combined post and base weight of 14.5kg.

Fabric Double Sided Cafe Banner

240gsm Blockout polyester fabric stitched back to back, full colour print both sides.

Fabric Single Sided Cafe Banner

240gsm Blockout polyester fabric, printed full colour one side, black reverse.

Mesh Single Sided Cafe Banner

330gsm Premium Mesh PVC Banner printed in full colour one side, white reverse.

PVC Single Sided Cafe Banner

500gsm Premium PVC Banner printed in full colour using UV print technology. Our material is tearproof unlike alternative PVC Banner products.

PVC Double Sided Cafe Banner

650gsm Premium PVC Blockout Banner suitable for double-sided printing. A black blockout liner within the material prevents show-through.

UV Resistance

Any full colour printed fabric will fade if left in direct sunlight over a period of time, this includes our PVC and Fabric Cafe Banners.

Our Canvas Cafe Banners are manufactured using a different process and will last much longer under sunlight.

Will printed cafe banners fade in the sun?

Any full colour printed fabric will fade if left in direct sunlight over a period of time, this includes our PVC and Fabric Cafe Banners.

Our Canvas Cafe Banners are manufactured using a different process and will last much longer under sunlight.

What is the weight of these posts?

This is our heaviest off the shelf system with a combine post & base weight of 14.5kg.

How does your easy order system work?

There are two main products, A starter pack which consists of 2 posts and 1 banners and the necessary rail & clips etc. Then you have the add on pack which is 1 post, 1 banner and the rail & clips. So if you need 2 banners to be linked together then you would order a starter pack and an add on pack.

Can you tell me how many banners & posts I will need?

Yes we can help with that. We can create floor plans to help plan your layout. All we need from you is some floor area dimensions.

Can I have these posts powder coated to a RAL colour?

This is an off the shelf system and it’s not possible to change the colour.

Will my supplied artwork be checked before printing?

Yes we check all artwork as standard.

Does this product qualify for free shipping?

There is no free shipping on this item as it is a large bulky item. Shipping is calculated on weight

Buying banners in confidence

Every BannerWorld order goes through several checks before it reaches production. Although most of our ordering system is automated, our team still checks each order manually before it is printed. If we spot a problem or have a question, we will contact you before manufacturing begins.

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 6 working days to delivery, and most products are also available on an express service. Some express products can also be produced on our super express service, with delivery in 1 to 2 working days.

How Your Order Is Processed

File checking is standard on every order, at no extra cost. We make sure your artwork matches what you have ordered, so you can order knowing mistakes will be caught early. If anything is unclear, we will get in touch before going any further.

Step 1: Initial Artwork Check

When your order arrives, we cross-reference your artwork against it. We check that the artwork sizes and file types match the order and that we have the correct number of files for the job. If anything looks wrong or a file is missing, we put the order on hold and contact you straight away.

Step 2: Order Processing

Once your order passes the initial check, we gather all the job details, including material type and finishing. This information is sent with your artwork to our pre-press department.

Step 3: Pre-Press and Second Check

Pre-press is the stage before printing. Here your artwork is converted into the correct format for our printers and finishing equipment. This gives us a second chance to catch any problems, and if we find one, we will contact you again.

Step 4: Printing and Tracking

Your job is batched with other items printed on the same material. Each item is given a unique code that tracks it through our factory and confirms the correct material, quantity and finishing at every stage. Your order then goes to print.

Step 5: Finishing

Every job is different, whether in size, material, shape or finishing, and each one is finished exactly as specified on your order. A banner with hems and eyelets is made in a different way to a flag with a pole pocket, so each finishing process is set up to suit the product. We automate as much of this as possible using our pre-press data, which keeps labour costs down and lets us pass the savings on to you.

Step 6: Packing

Finished items move to our packing department, where your order is collated and every item is checked off against it using the order code system. Your goods are then wrapped and packed ready for despatch.

Step 7: Delivery

Our logistics team arranges delivery of your order. Most orders are sent by next day courier, and large volume orders may go on a dedicated courier.
