270gsm PVC Airmesh, B1 fire-rated and engineered with 54% airflow to reduce wind loading.

Our custom-printed Heras fence scrim is designed to fit standard 3.5m × 2m Heras fence panels. Made from lightweight PVC Airmesh, it allows more air to pass through than standard mesh covers, making it particularly suitable for windy and exposed locations.

Each Airmesh Heras fence scrim is printed in full colour using durable UV inks for a vibrant, weather-resistant finish. Reinforced hems and galvanised metal eyelets provide secure fixing points for attaching the cover with cable ties or suitable bungee fixings.

The angled upper corners follow the shape of a standard Heras fence panel, providing a neat fit for construction sites, outdoor events and temporary fenced areas.

High-Airflow Heras Fence Scrim for Windy Sites

The open weave of PVC Airmesh allows approximately 54% airflow through the material. This reduces the sail effect associated with solid banners and places less wind pressure on the fencing.

Airmesh is the highest-airflow PVC option in our Heras fence cover range. It is particularly useful for exposed construction sites and event locations where wind loading is an important consideration.

What file format should my artwork be?

Create with our Online Designer, or we can accept PDF, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, AI & PSD files.

Is there a template available for me do design my artwork on?

Yes we have a PDF template which you can download here.

Can you add health & safety information to my artwork?

Yes we can help with this as we have access to all the latest health & safety symbols. Please contact us prior to ordering as additional artwork costs may apply.

Is there any wind loading spec available?

Yes we have technical data sheets available on request.  The wind load capacity on this product is 6200 l/m2 per second.

How can I attach the banners to the fence panels?

We recommend fixing with heavy duty plastic cable ties available from general hardware stores.

How long will they last? Can I use them again on another building site in the future?

Providing they have been installed correctly then you should be able to re-use them on future building projects. We recommend when not in use that you store them rolled up in a clean & dry location.

What is the difference between the 3 types of fence banners you offer?

This product is 235gsm Air Mesh PVC which has a better wind loading than our standard Mesh PVC. This would be more suited to windy locations.  We also offer Premium Mesh fabric which is light weight and easier to store it also has a more premium look to it than the PVC alternatives.

Do you make custom sizes?

This product is a set size of 3.37m x 1.755m to fit neatly on a heras fence panel. If you require custom sizes then have a look at PVC Airmesh Banners

Fire Certificate Information

This material type has been tested for flame retardancy to UK and EU regulation standards.

We are unable to produce individual test certificates for each bespoke item.

Buying banners in confidence

Every BannerWorld order goes through several checks before it reaches production. Although most of our ordering system is automated, our team still checks each order manually before it is printed. If we spot a problem or have a question, we will contact you before manufacturing begins.

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 6 working days to delivery, and most products are also available on an express service. Some express products can also be produced on our super express service, with delivery in 1 to 2 working days.

How Your Order Is Processed

File checking is standard on every order, at no extra cost. We make sure your artwork matches what you have ordered, so you can order knowing mistakes will be caught early. If anything is unclear, we will get in touch before going any further.

Step 1: Initial Artwork Check

When your order arrives, we cross-reference your artwork against it. We check that the artwork sizes and file types match the order and that we have the correct number of files for the job. If anything looks wrong or a file is missing, we put the order on hold and contact you straight away.

Step 2: Order Processing

Once your order passes the initial check, we gather all the job details, including material type and finishing. This information is sent with your artwork to our pre-press department.

Step 3: Pre-Press and Second Check

Pre-press is the stage before printing. Here your artwork is converted into the correct format for our printers and finishing equipment. This gives us a second chance to catch any problems, and if we find one, we will contact you again.

Step 4: Printing and Tracking

Your job is batched with other items printed on the same material. Each item is given a unique code that tracks it through our factory and confirms the correct material, quantity and finishing at every stage. Your order then goes to print.

Step 5: Finishing

Every job is different, whether in size, material, shape or finishing, and each one is finished exactly as specified on your order. A banner with hems and eyelets is made in a different way to a flag with a pole pocket, so each finishing process is set up to suit the product. We automate as much of this as possible using our pre-press data, which keeps labour costs down and lets us pass the savings on to you.

Step 6: Packing

Finished items move to our packing department, where your order is collated and every item is checked off against it using the order code system. Your goods are then wrapped and packed ready for despatch.

Step 7: Delivery

Our logistics team arranges delivery of your order. Most orders are sent by next day courier, and large volume orders may go on a dedicated courier.
