Heras® Fence Covers and Banners

Printed Heras Fence Covers for Sites and Events

Use printed Heras fence covers to display company branding, sponsor logos, project information and directional messages on temporary fencing. Mesh covers also help screen working areas, although the level of screening varies with the material’s open weave.

Heras Fence Cover Sizes

Our standard finished fence covers measure 3370mm wide × 1755mm high, designed to fit within a standard 3.5m × 2m Heras fence panel. Measure your panels before ordering, as temporary fencing dimensions can vary.

For measurements and fitting details, read our Heras fence cover size guide. If you need a different size or a continuous fence wrap, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Choosing Covers for Exposed Locations

Mesh allows air to pass through the cover, helping reduce wind loading compared with a solid banner. Standard PVC mesh has a closer weave for stronger print coverage, while more open materials provide increased airflow with less screening.

Airflow does not guarantee fence stability. Use suitable fixings and ensure the fencing is properly stabilised for the site conditions.

Compare Heras Fence Cover Materials

Choose your Heras fence cover by comparing the material, weight and airflow below. All four options are custom printed in full colour.

Cover Material Weight Airflow Main difference
Standard PVC Mesh PVC mesh 330gsm 37% A closer weave gives stronger print coverage for everyday site branding.
Premium Fabric Polyester mesh 115gsm 54% Lightweight fabric that folds easily for storage, transport and reuse.
PVC Airmesh PVC mesh 270gsm 54% A more open weave allows greater airflow than standard PVC mesh, with less print coverage.
Extra Heavy Duty Fabric mesh 230gsm 52% A heavier fabric option for more demanding applications.

What does airflow mean? A higher airflow rating indicates a more open mesh. More open materials allow air through but provide less screening and print coverage. All covers still require suitable fixing and properly stabilised fencing.

Which Heras Fence Scrim Is Best for High-Wind Areas?

For exposed sites, we recommend our high-airflow Heras fence scrim. Its more open PVC Airmesh construction allows approximately 54% airflow, helping to reduce wind loading compared with closer-weave alternatives.

Install all fence covers correctly. Secure the scrim through every eyelet using suitable heavy-duty cable ties and ensure the fencing itself is properly stabilised for the site conditions.
