Custom Printed Tablecloths are printed using our dye-sublimation technology which produces deep, vibrant colours on fabrics. Ideal as table runners, table cloths and table covers.
Branded tablecloths can be used over and over again at multiple events, representing superb value-for-money. Easy to pack, lightweight and long-lasting, logo tablecloths can be machine-washed between performances.
These are ideal for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, schools, sample stands and even wedding receptions. A tablecloth printed with your branding is an inexpensive way to add style and quality to your display area, making a huge difference.
The fabric is flame retardant to comply with health and safety regulations in all venues, certificate available on request.

FULL TABLECLOTHS OR TABLE RUNNERS
Increasingly popular are simple printed table runners. These are smaller and designed to be placed over an existing plain coloured tablecloth. A printed table runner is more versatile as you can use them across many different sized tables. Simply turn up at your event with an inexpensive plain tablecloth to suit the table size, then add your bespoke printed table runner for a professional effect.
ANY ARTWORK PRINTED
We use a full-colour dye-sublimation process to custom print table covers. The finished result is crisp, sharp and vibrant. Use any combination of logos, shapes, text, backgrounds and photographs in your design.
Your artwork is checked thoroughly by our pre-press experts before we print and any potential issues are discussed with you.
OUR TABLECLOTH FABRIC
Printed Tablecloths in full vibrant colour look awesome with your brand or logo. As standard we use a high-quality 210gsm knitted polyester with a luxurious finish. Printed Tablecloths are supplied as standard as rectangular drapes.
This same material is used for our hugely popular stage and band backdrops, used at top venues all around Europe. Logo tablecloths are so versatile that many of our clients use them as wall hangings in the office when not out on the road.
Fully hemmed and overlocked to improve the fit and feel, our custom printed tablecloths are machine washable (30 degrees) and pack away small for easy transportation and storage. Our custom made tablecloths will continue to look fabulous for years.

COMMON SIZES
5ft Trestle table – Table size (L) 1530mm x (D) 750mm (H) 740mm – Cloth Size – 3.01m x 2.23m
For circular tablecloths you may want to allow an overlap.
To work out the perfect size for your tablecloth use the following sum:
Tablecloth length = table length + table height + table height
Tablecloth width = table depth + table height + table height
This will allow your tablecloth to fully cover the front and sides of your table, whilst also covering the back. Having access to the back is often useful at exhibitions and trade fairs for storing items underneath the table.
Fitting is easy – simply drape your tablecloth over your table! To secure in place you can use clips inside. Bulldog clips or clothes pegs work a treat.

Blackback Pro 240gsm – Slightly thicker than our Polyester 210gsm, with a black resin back. The backing blocks out any strong colours below the tablecloth.
Polyester 115gsm – A thinner material which is slightly stretchy.
Satin – A shinier material to add a touch of luxury to your brand.
