What Are Floor Graphics?

Floor graphics are printed vinyl graphics designed to be applied directly to indoor floor surfaces such as tiles, laminate, vinyl flooring and sealed concrete. These durable graphics are commonly used in retail environments, exhibitions, shopping centres and public venues to promote products, guide customers, or reinforce branding.

Most self adhesive floor graphics are produced using high-tack vinyl combined with an anti-slip laminate that protects the print and ensures the graphic meets health and safety standards for use in high traffic areas.

Businesses use floor graphics for promotional advertising, wayfinding, seasonal campaigns, social distancing signage and branded retail displays. Because they are placed directly in the path of customers, floor graphics are one of the most effective forms of in-store marketing.

Self Adhesive Floor Graphics

Our self adhesive floor graphics are printed in full colour using premium vinyl and a durable anti-slip laminate designed for high traffic areas. These professional floor graphics are scuff-resistant, hard wearing and suitable for busy public environments including retail stores, shopping centres, supermarkets, museums, galleries and educational facilities.

The specialist anti-slip laminate meets recognised health and safety standards for printed floor graphics used in public spaces. Our printed floor vinyl has a strong adhesive backing designed for smooth indoor surfaces such as commercial PVC flooring and ceramic tiles.

Our promotional floor stickers are produced using a high quality four colour eco-solvent printing process. This allows us to create vibrant, high resolution custom floor graphics suitable for promotional campaigns, retail displays, exhibitions and wayfinding.

The maximum print width in a single section is 1500mm. Larger graphics will be supplied in multiple panels with overlap for easy installation.

Cut to Shape Floor Graphics

Our vinyl floor graphics can be cut to almost any custom shape. When designing your artwork we recommend avoiding complex shapes and sharp corners.

Floor graphics with slightly rounded corners are more durable and help prevent the edges lifting under heavy foot traffic.

Floor Sticker Installation Tips

Before installing your floor stickers, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from grease or dust. The cleaner the surface, the better the adhesion.

Remove the backing and apply the graphic gradually from one side to the other, smoothing the surface using your hand or a cloth. This helps remove trapped air and prevents bubbles during installation.

How long do floor graphics last?

The average lifespan of floor graphics is around 6 months, although this does depend on foot traffic.

How do you fit Floor Graphics?

Floor Graphics are designed for smooth, hard floors. They are not recommended for floors that are waxy, porous or irregular.

The floor should be cleaned, degreased and dried prior to application to an area of 300mm outside of where the graphics will fit.

The Floor Graphic can then be placed down on the floor. Peel back around 200mm of the foil, stick that down and squeegee.

Gently squeegee the foil as you gradually remove the backing paper from underneath.

Once down, give it a final squeegee, paying particular attention to the edges.

Are the floor graphics suitable for outdoor use?

These are only suitable for short term indoor use.

Are they anti slip?

Yes they are laminated with an anti slip laminate.

How do I specify if I want them cutting to a particular shape?

Please make sure you supply your artwork with a separate cut layer so we know where to cut to. Speak to one of our team if you need help with this.
