The Budget Cafe Barrier System is our cheapest cafe barriers solution. With a base + post combined weight of 10.5kg it is ideally suited for indoor or sheltered outdoor use.

The Budget System comprises chrome-effect stainless steel posts, a top rail to slide through the top pocket of the banner, and bungee ties  to secure the bottom corners of your cafe banners.

Our Budget Cafe Barrier System is ideal for indoor or sheltered outdoor locations. Used by restaurants, cafes, hotels and bars to segregate dining areas, or in receptions for queue management.

Easy to Order

Choose a starter kit and then the number of addons you require to complete your cafe barrier system. You will require one ‘starter pack’ for every new run that you want to create. i.e. to create one continuous run of cafe barriers you would need one ‘starter pack’ and the rest could be ‘add-on packs’. If you wish to add in an opening (i.e. for an entrance), part way through your run of cafe barriers, you would then require an additional ‘starter pack’.

240gsm Blockout polyester fabric stitched back to back, full colour print both sides.

Fabric Single Sided Cafe Banner

240gsm Blockout polyester fabric, printed full colour one side, black reverse.

Mesh Single Sided Cafe Banner

330gsm Premium Mesh PVC Banner printed in full colour one side, white reverse.

PVC Single Sided Cafe Banner

500gsm Premium PVC Banner printed in full colour using UV print technology. Our material is tearproof unlike alternative PVC Banner products.

PVC Double Sided Cafe Banner

650gsm Premium PVC Blockout Banner suitable for double-sided printing. A black blockout liner within the material prevents show-through.

 

UV Resistance

Any full colour printed fabric will fade if left in direct sunlight over a period of time, this includes our PVC and Fabric Cafe Banners.

Our Canvas Cafe Banners are manufactured using a different process and will last much longer under sunlight.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are these recommended to use?

With a 10.5kg post and base, this system is designed for indoor or sheltered outdoor use. As with any Cafe Barrier system, in adverse weather conditions, move these inside if appropriate.

Will Printed banners Fade in the Sun?

Any full colour printed fabric will fade if left in direct sunlight over a period of time, this includes our PVC and Fabric Cafe Banners.

How does your easy order system work?

There are two main products, A starter pack which consists of 2 posts and 1 banners and the necessary rail & bungee ties etc. Then you have the add on pack which is 1 post, 1 banner and the rail & bungee ties. So if you need 2 banners to be linked together then you would order a starter pack and an add on pack.

Is there a choice of banner materials?

Yes we have our full range to choose from on the dropdown menu.

Is the budget system available with a rail top & bottom?

This system uses a rail at the top and bungee tie fixings at the bottom. For a double rail system have a look at our premium system.

How will I know how many posts and banners I will need?

The key is in the planning. Start by measuring your floor area then drawing a floor plan. We offer 3 rail lengths which cover post centre to post centre lengths of 1200mm / 1500mm / 1800mm.   Use this as guide as to how many banners you can fit in your area. The longer the banners the less posts you will require.  allow for any openings  also when planning. We have a dedicated team that are on hand to offer any advise and can also create a floor plan base on your given measurements.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is 5-6 working days.  You will receive two separate deliveries, the hardware comes directly from the manufacturer and we can normally get this to you within 2 working days or so. The second delivery will the banners.

Buying banners in confidence

Every BannerWorld order goes through several checks before it reaches production. Although most of our ordering system is automated, our team still checks each order manually before it is printed. If we spot a problem or have a question, we will contact you before manufacturing begins.

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 6 working days to delivery, and most products are also available on an express service. Some express products can also be produced on our super express service, with delivery in 1 to 2 working days.

How Your Order Is Processed

File checking is standard on every order, at no extra cost. We make sure your artwork matches what you have ordered, so you can order knowing mistakes will be caught early. If anything is unclear, we will get in touch before going any further.

Step 1: Initial Artwork Check

When your order arrives, we cross-reference your artwork against it. We check that the artwork sizes and file types match the order and that we have the correct number of files for the job. If anything looks wrong or a file is missing, we put the order on hold and contact you straight away.

Step 2: Order Processing

Once your order passes the initial check, we gather all the job details, including material type and finishing. This information is sent with your artwork to our pre-press department.

Step 3: Pre-Press and Second Check

Pre-press is the stage before printing. Here your artwork is converted into the correct format for our printers and finishing equipment. This gives us a second chance to catch any problems, and if we find one, we will contact you again.

Step 4: Printing and Tracking

Your job is batched with other items printed on the same material. Each item is given a unique code that tracks it through our factory and confirms the correct material, quantity and finishing at every stage. Your order then goes to print.

Step 5: Finishing

Every job is different, whether in size, material, shape or finishing, and each one is finished exactly as specified on your order. A banner with hems and eyelets is made in a different way to a flag with a pole pocket, so each finishing process is set up to suit the product. We automate as much of this as possible using our pre-press data, which keeps labour costs down and lets us pass the savings on to you.

Step 6: Packing

Finished items move to our packing department, where your order is collated and every item is checked off against it using the order code system. Your goods are then wrapped and packed ready for despatch.

Step 7: Delivery

Our logistics team arranges delivery of your order. Most orders are sent by next day courier, and large volume orders may go on a dedicated courier.
