Pop some simple written instructions into the bag with the flags....so those like me who can't see what to do don't need to ring to ask 'how do I put the flags up'. Other than that perfect.

Love our banner! Ordered it for festival food catering (as tha got beef), so it goes through a lot of rough and tumble, being put up and down regularly etc. Easy to design and print. About to order another one to expand our setup this summer! great service too

We wanted a banner for the 43rd UK Sons of the Desert (Laurel & Hardy appreciation society) Convention held in Harrogate. Banner World were great to deal with, good communication from the start to ensure the artwork looked good & the colours were what we wanted, & the banner looked great. Thank you!

I ordered a banner for my café from Banner World , and the whole experience was very disappointing. First, the banner was printed in completely different colours and tones than what I provided, which showed poor quality control. When I requested a return, they admitted the mistake and sent me a return label — but with less than 24 hours’ notice. I was unwell at the time and couldn’t print it, so I missed the collection. When I asked them to rearrange the collection, they told me they had contacted the courier company and that it was not possible to rearrange. They insisted I would have to book a new label myself and pay extra. However, when I checked directly with the courier, they confirmed that the collection could be rearranged easily if the company provided the booking details. I went back to Banner World to ask for those details, but they ignored my request and stopped replying. It was clear they simply didn’t want to help me, even though this was caused by their mistake. Instead, they tried to make me pay extra unnecessarily. That is not honest or professional. Based on my experience — wrong product, poor communication, and misleading information — I cannot recommend this company.

The material feels durable and high-end, perfectly suited for both indoor and outdoor use. What really impressed us was the turnaround time. Even with a tight production schedule, they managed to deliver promptly without compromising on quality. Their attention to detail, responsive communication, and understanding of theatre-specific needs truly set them apart. Highly recommended for any performing arts group looking for top-tier banners that make an impact!
