Do you offer credit accounts?
Answer:
We offer credit accounts to selected business customers.
Government agencies such as councils, schools, and NHS organizations are eligible for instant credit accounts.
For other businesses, credit accounts are available to clients with whom we have an established trading relationship. To be eligible, customers must have placed a minimum of four pro forma orders with us before applying.
A credit account will only be approved if the following requirements are met:
High-quality artwork is supplied, and our website is used appropriately.
The customer meets our credit check criteria.
Orders are placed regularly and are of a reasonable scale.
The customer works within realistic lead times.
