The totally unique Pop-Up Fabric Backdrop Stand instantly provides a portable tensioned pop-up frame for the included fabric print. The system can be folded along with the crease-free graphic. This product includes the collapsible heavy duty pop-up frame, the fabric graphic and a strong carry bag which everything packs up into. These are far more popular now than traditional pop-ups with printed magnetic panels. They are seamless, much more cost-effective and look far better.

Three Standard Sizes

All 3 sizes stand at 2.26m high, with a depth of 30cm. Choose from lengths of 2.26m, 3m or 3.74m. Stands can be connected together to make huge backdrops with seamless fabric graphics.

Superior Backdrop Fabrics

Our standard fabric for pop-up display stands is a high-quality 210gsm polyester, printed using high-resolution dye-sublimation technology. This print method produces eye-popping vibrancy and rich colours, sure to grab attention in any environment. The fabric is easily removed from the stand and can be machine washed at 30 degrees if needed.

To block out all light from behind your stand opt for our blockout fabric 240gsm. This fabric has a black resin backing which stops light passing through. The fabric is easily removed from the stand and can be machine washed at 30 degrees if needed.

Flame Retardancy Certificate

Our Fire Certificate for this product is unique in the industry in that we have our fabrics tested for flame retardancy after printing. Many venue safety officers will now not accept a generic fire safety certificate if it is just for the base fabric. Tested to the highest UK standards, our backdrops surpass BS5867-2: 2008: Type B.

How easy is it to put up?

Very easy. One person can set this product up within a couple of minutes. Easy to pack away too.

What is included?

We include the pop-up frame, fabric printed graphic and carry bag.

Can I change the graphic?

Yes. Additional graphics can be ordered at any time and are quick to remove and replace.

How do I order a new graphic for my stand?

If you need to order a replacement graphic for your stand contact us with your original order details and one of our sales team can process this for you.

Is this available with different fabrics?

We have two fabric options available for this product. The standard is our 210gsm polyester. If you require a light block fabric then you can choose blockout fabric option. This is useful if there will be a source of light behind the stand to block any potential show through.

How does the fabric attach to the frame?

The fabric attaches using velcro tabs which are stitched onto the back of the fabric.

Is the size adjustable?

The frames are not adjustable but we do offer 3 standard sizes.  We can offer a bit of customisation by using two or more frames and one fabric to cover the frames.  See our Jumbo frame as an example.  Please contact us for guidance on this.

Can this be used outdoors?

This is really only recommended for indoor use but we have heard of customers using outdoor in sheltered areas and they have simply added some weights to inside the rear of the frame.

Do you offer a design service?

Our online prices are based on print ready artwork to be supplied to us. There are PDF templates available to download above. However if you are unable to do the artwork yourself or can’t get a graphic designer to do this, then please contact us and we will advise. There will be additional artwork charges if you require us to create the artwork.

This product type has been generically tested for flame retardancy AFTER printing using our dye-sublimation process and AFTER our standard finishing procedures.
Tested in the UK to BS5867-2: 2008: Type B specification. We are unable to produce individual test certificates for each bespoke item ordered.
