Why won’t a saved design load?
Answer:
When creating a design, you first need to select a product and enter a size and a finish type, i.e. Hem and eyelets or pole pockets. The designer then creates an artboard with safe areas based on the above information. If one of the above variables changes, i.e. the width or the product type changes, the saved design will fail to load because it doesn’t recognise the artboard product or finish. Unfortunately, you would need to create the design again in the above situation.
