Due to Britain leaving the EU, we are experiencing some minor delays with delivering goods to the UK. We have various factories around Europe and the UK, which produces goods for sale through our website. We are hard at work dealing with ways to implement the smooth transfer of goods through the UK border and other EU countries.

Because of new regulations that you’ve probably already seen on the news, there are new protocols with goods entering the United Kingdom. Because of the Brexit deal’s lateness on the 24th December, we like most other businesses have all been caught slightly on the back foot. However, we are gathering a greater understanding of the new procedures and implementing new measures day by day. We aim to resume business as usual and have everything under control in the coming days, and we are hopeful that lead times shall resume to normal.

Having dealt with mainland Europe for over ten years, we’ve had a near-seamless relationship and have experienced minimal disruption to our operations. We are confident to resume the same reliable service as we have provided in the past. We’re confident that once the backlog of goods at ports reduces, turnaround times will return to normal.
