We never print without a human check. Every order is reviewed for quality and accuracy, and if there’s an issue or something unclear we’ll contact you to advise before production. Add any notes or instructions when ordering and we’ll follow them carefully. If you want multiple designs printing or have a special request, just leave us a note when ordering and we’ll make sure it’s handled. For design support, either upload your artwork with notes explaining what you’d like adjusted, or select Basic Artwork Service if you want us to produce the full design for you.
Placing an order with us is straightforward. Simply choose the product you need, select your options and follow the on-screen steps. For products with custom sizes such as banners, backdrops or other variable items, the price will update instantly as you enter your dimensions, giving you a clear cost before you proceed.
Artwork Checks, Reassurance Assured
You can place your order with complete confidence. Unlike many other printing companies, we carefully check every single order before it goes into production. As soon as your order is received, one of our experienced pre-press team members is assigned to it. They will review all the details you have provided, including any notes, and will check your artwork to make sure it meets our print requirements.
If the file needs minor adjustments, we will make those changes straight away to ensure that your job prints correctly. If there is a more significant issue, such as image quality, file format or sizing, we will contact you by email to explain the problem and request updated artwork. We will never send a job to print without these essential checks, so you can be assured that your order is in safe hands.
When placing your order, please use the notes section to add any special requests or instructions. This could include details about finishing, artwork adjustments, delivery requirements or anything else that will help us produce exactly what you need. If anything is unclear, we will always get in touch by email to confirm the details before moving forward. Best Selling Banners
Our most popular banner is our Premium PVC banner. This is a good quality PVC banner which is perfect for outdoors. All our banners are fabrics that we offer are outdoor grade.
Printed and finished in the same as our premium pvc. Event banner uses different banner material which is suited more for short to mid-term promotions and events. If you have a festival or a short term promotion then the event banner is an ideal purchase.
PVC Mesh is a very popular product and it great for when wind is an issue especially if the rear of the banner is exposed meaning air can easily pass through from to back. PVC mesh has tiny holes in the surface which massively reduces wind loading making these banners perfect for railings, scaffolding, construction settings and general windy locations.
Double sided PVC banners are made from heavy duty 650gsm block-out material. The block-out layer prevents colour show-through, so designs on each side stay clear and unaffected by the other. Double sided banners are a practical choice for locations where visibility from multiple directions is important.
They are mostly used for scaffold banners or hanging banners where both sides will be viewed, and for this reason they are most commonly supplied with pole pockets for secure fixing to scaffolding or cable systems.
Most Popular Banner Sizes
We can print banners at any size, but it helps to know the standard sizes many people choose. The most common size is 300 cm x 100 cm. This is about the length of a small car such as a Fiat 500 and works well for most uses.

180 cm x 90 cm – similar to a queen‑size bed
200 cm x 100 cm – close to a king‑size bed

Express & 24 Hour Banner Printing
We offer a range of fast turnaround options, including a 24 hour Super Express service on selected products such as our Express Banners and Roller Banners.

We only ship to the delivery address entered at checkout, not the one stored in PayPal. Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Turnaround Times:
Most products are delivered within 5–6 working days from order confirmation, payment and receipt of correct artwork (or proof approval). We also offer an Express service on most products with a 2-3 working day turnaround time. Orders confirmed after 1pm are processed the next working day. Larger orders may take longer, so if you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Super Express Banners:
We offer faster turnaround on our express banners of 2 working days. We also offer a 24-hour turnaround, which are dispatched the next day. Orders confirmed after 1pm are processed the next working day.
Special Delivery Costs:
Deckchairs/Directors’ Chairs: £20 for the first chair, then £5 for each additional chair
Café Barriers: Shipping is calculated based on order size and weight
Couriers and Delivery
We use APC, UPS, DPD and DX for our deliveries. Please make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct and that someone is available to sign for the goods. Couriers will usually attempt delivery twice; after the second attempt, the parcel will need to be collected from the courier’s depot.
Signing for Deliveries:
Check all goods before signing. Once signed, items are deemed delivered in good condition, and it can be difficult to resolve issues later.
Worldwide Shipping:
UK Mainland: £14.50 standard, £20 for large PVC items (over 1.7m). Free delivery over £250 + VAT (exclusions apply).
Non-UK Mainland (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland): £40 standard, £60 large items.
Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey): £60 standard, £90 large items.
Mainland Europe: £30 standard, £50 large items.
Scandinavia: £50 standard, £70 large items.
Norway: £100 standard, £150 large items.
Switzerland: £100 standard, £110 large items.
Ordering Multiple Designs
If you have several designs that are all the same size, simply enter the total quantity when ordering. Then provide us with a breakdown of the artwork and quantities for each design, either in the notes box or by email if easier. For example, you might order 10 banners in total, made up of 6 of one design and 4 of another.
Please remember to leave clear notes with your order so we can produce the correct quantities of each design. If anything is unclear, we will contact you to confirm before going ahead.
What Happens if my Artwork is Incorrect?
If there is a problem with your artwork, we will not print it without contacting you first. Small issues, such as sizing or bleed, can often be corrected by our team so your order can continue without delay.
For larger problems, such as low image quality or the wrong file type, we will email you to explain the issue and ask for a replacement file. This way, you always have the chance to fix anything before your banner goes into production.
Our aim is to make sure your banner prints correctly the first time, giving you peace of mind and a professional finish.
Custom Shaped Banners
We can manufacture banners in a wide variety of shapes, often at no extra cost. Whether you need a triangular banner, trapezium, parallelogram or another custom shape, we can usually produce it to your requirements.
When ordering, please enter the overall height and width at their tallest and widest points. It is very important that you also leave a note in the notes box to confirm that your banner is a custom shape. By default, all banners are produced with square / rectangular edges, as artwork files are normally supplied on rectangular artboards. Without a note, your banner will be made as a standard rectangular or square edges.
Artwork guidelines - 10 point checklist
Please follow these artwork tips to ensure the best print results:
File formats: PDF (preferred), JPEG, EPS, AI, TIFF, PSD, PSB. File limit for on‑page upload is 300MB. For larger files, select Upload Later and we’ll email you instructions via WeTransfer.
Fonts: Convert all text to outlines.
Colour settings: Set your artwork to CMYK.
Scaling: Artwork can be supplied at scale. Accepted scales:
1:2 (50% actual size)
1:5 (20% actual size)
1:10 (10% actual size)
1:20 (5% actual size)
(If scaled, increase DPI accordingly — e.g. at 1:10 scale, set DPI x10 higher)
DPI (Resolution):
Vinyl, posters, small stickers, window decals
Up to A4: 300 dpi
Over A3: 150 dpi
Banners, backdrops, fence covers, wallpaper, large vinyls, contravision
Up to 5m²: 125 dpi
5m–50m²: 50–100 dpi
50m²+: 30–50 dpi
Black settings: Use rich black – C50, M50, Y50, K100.
Bleeds/Crop marks: Do not include bleeds or crop marks.
Safe areas:
With hems: keep important elements at least 40mm inside the edge.
With pole pockets: allow pocket size + 40mm for the weld line.
Templates: If using a template, remove all guides except the outer edge.
Check before sending: Double‑check spelling, image quality, and layout before uploading
Banner Finishing & Hanging Options
The most popular and versatile finish for banners is hem and eyelets. The banner material is folded over and hemmed all around, with eyelets placed through the double thickness of the fabric for extra strength. Eyelets are usually spaced approximately every 500mm, giving you plenty of fixing points to secure your banner tightly and safely.
Hem and Eyelets
This is the standard and most widely used finish. The reinforced hem provides durability, while the evenly spaced eyelets make it easy to attach the banner securely in almost any location.
Pole Pockets
Pole pockets are designed for sliding over poles or cables, making them perfect for attaching to scaffolding or cable systems. Most scaffold banners are supplied with pole pockets as standard, as they provide a simple and secure fixing method.
Trimmed to Size
This option means the banner is cut neatly to the edge of the artwork with no hem or eyelets. It provides a clean, simple finish where additional fixings are not required.
Hem Only
A hemmed edge without eyelets. This gives the banner added strength and a neat edge, while leaving you free to use your own fixing method.
Custom Finishing
If you need something more specific, such as a combination of finishes, we can help. For example, you might want hem and eyelets along the top and a pole pocket at the bottom. If you do not see the exact option you need, simply leave us a note when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If anything is unclear, we will contact you to confirm the details before going ahead. Please note that some non-standard finishes or custom requests may incur an additional cost. If we need to discuss an additional cost, are unsure about your requirements, or find that we cannot finish the banner exactly as requested, we will always contact you first to explain, discuss the options available and confirm how you would like to proceed.
Custom Eyelet Positions for Banners
If you need eyelets in specific positions, we can place them exactly where required. When creating your artwork, please mark the eyelet positions using 5mm magenta circles so our team can follow your layout accurately.
By default, banners are supplied with eyelets spaced approximately every 500mm around the edges. If you want a different arrangement, it is essential to leave a note in the notes box when placing your order confirming that the custom eyelets should be positioned as shown on your artwork.
Please also note that all eyelets are placed 20mm in from the edge of the banner, measured to the centre of the eyelet. For example, if you request an eyelet in the corner, the centre of the eyelet will be 20mm away from both edges, ensuring strength and preventing tearing at the edge of the material.
If you cannot mark the eyelets on your artwork, you can simply describe the required positions in the notes box and we will place them for you.
How to Fit & Install Banners
Even the best quality banners can fail if they are not fitted correctly. To make sure your banner lasts as long as possible, it is important to attach it securely using all of the available eyelet holes. A banner that is fitted loosely and allowed to flap in the wind will quickly weaken. The constant pulling and tugging at the eyelets causes strain, which over time can loosen or tear them.
Methods of fixing a banner with eyelets include using zip ties to attach it securely to railings, fences or similar structures. Another common method, especially for banners with hems and eyelets, is to fix them to a building using screws and large washers known as penny washers. The washer is placed over the eyelet, and the small centre hole allows the screw to hold the washer firmly in place, keeping the banner tight against the wall.
Another common issue is when a banner is left to billow against a hard surface such as a metal fence, brick wall or other rough material. As the banner moves, the fabric rubs against the surface, which can cause fraying and eventually lead to ripping. Even the strongest banner material cannot withstand repeated abrasion against hard or sharp surfaces.
For best results, always ensure your banner is pulled tight and fixed evenly across all edges. Using every eyelet helps distribute the tension and prevents excess strain in one area. Where possible, fit your banner against a smooth background or use bungee cords to absorb movement rather than allowing the fabric to take the full force of the wind.
If you are fixing a banner to a fence, we also recommend using cable ties or bungees through each eyelet to keep it secure and taut. For larger banners, consider using additional fixings or support bars to spread the load and reduce wear. Taking these simple steps will help protect your banner, extend its lifespan and keep it looking its best.
Banner Care, Reuse & Storage Guide
To get the best life from your banners and fabrics, store them carefully when not in use.
Banners: Always roll banners with the printed face outwards to avoid creasing. Cover them with a protective layer such as a bin bag or an old towel to prevent scratches. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Fabrics: Fold fabrics neatly (like a bed sheet) and keep them in a dry cupboard, drawer or even an old suitcase.
Proper storage will help you reuse your graphics many times without damage.
