Our premium fabric Heras fence covers are a premium polyester fabric product. Lightweight and less bulky than PVC covers our polyester fabric is easily foldable for storage. As the thin polyester fabric is lightweight, the cover takes up less space. The polyester fabric is a mesh weaved product that enables increased levels of airflow, making it a class-leading product in adverse weather conditions. Fabric Premium branded Heras Fence Covers allow users to cover unsightly or private areas while advertising brands and events with maximum impact on prime advertising space. They are lighter and stronger than our Standard Mesh Heras Banners.

Unlike separate advertising banners and signage, high-quality temporary fence covers rarely need planning permission in city-centre locations. Heras Fence Covers attached to temporary fencing can be used again and again on multiple sites.

An alternate solution for our Premium Fabric Heras Fence Cover is our standard building and fencing printed PVC mesh banner, the least-cost option.

PVC AirMesh Banner

Air Mesh PVC Heras is a lighter PVC material with more holes, resulting in more air being able to pass through the material. Typically used for more exposed locations where wind loading will be an issue.

Do you charge extra if there are several artworks?

No there are no hidden charges for multiple artworks.

Is there a template available for me do design my artwork on?

Yes we have a PDF template available to download.

Are premium heras fence banners single or double sided?

Premium Heras Fence covers are single sided, but the special fabric ensures show-through of the print to the reverse.

How do I fit premium heras fence banners?

These are finished to size with eyelets all round. Simply attach them to the Heras Fence using cable ties.

Do these fit standard heras fence panels at 3.5m x 2m?

Yes they are especially designed for construction site fence panels which are 3.5m x 2m.  The banners are made a bit smaller to fit within the frame for a nice neat fit. The finished size of the banner is 3.37m x 1.755m.  The cropped corners at the top allow for fence panels with rounded top corners.

Is the heras mesh cover material flame retardant?

Yes. Our AirMesh is flame retardant to comply with all EU/UK regulations. We have had our AirMesh tested after printing to BS5867-2:2008:Type B

Can these be machine washed?

Yes because they are fabric they can be machine washed on a low heat.

What is the difference between the 3 types of fence banners you offer?

This product is our premium option which is a mesh fabric.  Light weight but very strong, easy to store and if looked after can be used again and again. We also offer Standard Mesh PVC and Air Mesh PVC which has larger holes for better wind loading.

Fire Certificate Information

This material type has been tested for flame retardancy to UK and EU regulation standards.

We are unable to produce individual test certificates for each bespoke item.

Buying banners in confidence

Every BannerWorld order goes through several checks before it reaches production. Although most of our ordering system is automated, our team still checks each order manually before it is printed. If we spot a problem or have a question, we will contact you before manufacturing begins.

Our standard turnaround is 5 to 6 working days to delivery, and most products are also available on an express service. Some express products can also be produced on our super express service, with delivery in 1 to 2 working days.

How Your Order Is Processed

File checking is standard on every order, at no extra cost. We make sure your artwork matches what you have ordered, so you can order knowing mistakes will be caught early. If anything is unclear, we will get in touch before going any further.

Step 1: Initial Artwork Check

When your order arrives, we cross-reference your artwork against it. We check that the artwork sizes and file types match the order and that we have the correct number of files for the job. If anything looks wrong or a file is missing, we put the order on hold and contact you straight away.

Step 2: Order Processing

Once your order passes the initial check, we gather all the job details, including material type and finishing. This information is sent with your artwork to our pre-press department.

Step 3: Pre-Press and Second Check

Pre-press is the stage before printing. Here your artwork is converted into the correct format for our printers and finishing equipment. This gives us a second chance to catch any problems, and if we find one, we will contact you again.

Step 4: Printing and Tracking

Your job is batched with other items printed on the same material. Each item is given a unique code that tracks it through our factory and confirms the correct material, quantity and finishing at every stage. Your order then goes to print.

Step 5: Finishing

Every job is different, whether in size, material, shape or finishing, and each one is finished exactly as specified on your order. A banner with hems and eyelets is made in a different way to a flag with a pole pocket, so each finishing process is set up to suit the product. We automate as much of this as possible using our pre-press data, which keeps labour costs down and lets us pass the savings on to you.

Step 6: Packing

Finished items move to our packing department, where your order is collated and every item is checked off against it using the order code system. Your goods are then wrapped and packed ready for despatch.

Step 7: Delivery

Our logistics team arranges delivery of your order. Most orders are sent by next day courier, and large volume orders may go on a dedicated courier.
